LumaDisk is sold as a one-time purchase. Your license grants you the right to install and use the app on devices you personally own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the app.

All updates — including future major versions — are included at no extra cost for the lifetime of the product.

Purchases made through FastSpring (macOS) are subject to FastSpring's refund policy. Purchases made through the Microsoft Store (Windows) are subject to Microsoft's refund policy. If you have an issue, contact us at @lumadisk and we will do our best to help.

LumaDisk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from use of the app, including the deletion of files or folders. Always review what you are deleting before confirming.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
