End User License Agreement
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, LumaDisk grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on any number of devices that you personally own or control.
The license is perpetual for the version you purchased and is not a subscription. Commercial use is permitted — you may use the Software for work on a machine you own or that your employer has assigned to you.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software, or make it available to third parties as a service;
- share, resell, or publish a license key, receipt, or activation credential;
- circumvent or disable any licensing, purchase-verification, or technical protection mechanism;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this limitation;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
4. Ownership
5. Updates
All updates, including future major versions, are included at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product. Any update you receive is governed by this agreement unless it ships with its own license terms, in which case those terms apply to that update.
We may add, change, or discontinue individual features over time. We will not remotely disable a copy of the Software you have lawfully purchased.
6. Your data
7. Third-party components
8. Storefront terms
Where you obtained the Software also matters. Copies purchased through the Microsoft Store are additionally subject to Microsoft's terms of sale and the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms; copies purchased directly are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record and are subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
This agreement governs your use of the Software itself. Where a storefront's terms must prevail as a condition of that storefront, they prevail for copies obtained there. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
9. Termination
10. Disclaimer of warranty
The Software can permanently delete files and folders at your instruction. You are solely responsible for what you choose to delete. Review every deletion before confirming it, and keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
11. Limitation of liability
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. Nothing in this agreement limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, and where such law applies, these limitations apply only to the extent that law permits.
